Vacant Room for Rent - Las Piñas City - room in times las pinas

I am looking for single or couple who could rent the Vacant room with CR and aircon, in my house located at Las Pinas near Southmall.  My house has 3 rooms, 3 CRs, 2 kitchens, a library, and 3 car garage.

I prefer professionals or College students, who don't smoke and who are responsible and trustworthy, since I am out of the house most of the time, and I am frequently in a business trip locally or abroad.
